Shelbourne FC officially launches partnership with elite player development company EISports who can be found at http://www.eisports.ie.

Statement from Ciaran Quinn, EISports Director and Players Analyst at Shelbourne FC: “Having struck up a Partnership at the end of February 2019, I have been delighted with the progress to date between Shelbourne Football Club and EISports.

“We provide a sponsored service to the club this season looking after the High Performance aspects of Elite Player Development. In their push for promotion this season, we have supplied the clubs men’s team with GPS software for training and games looking at all aspects of player performance.

“Bringing a professional software package allows head coach Ian Morris to have immediate performance data on all players from their training to game day ensuring each player is ready for peak performance.

“This software is used at the highest level of the game in the biggest leagues and clubs in the world so we are proud to sponsor the club this season.

“Being one of just 45 coaches globally to have completed a postgraduate masters in High Performance Football Coaching out of the University of Lisbon in Portugal, I can bring a unique skillset as a member of Ian’s staff analysing each players performance using the GPS software.

“EISports was founded in 2016 to look at providing cognitive development and high performance Training for players, in doing so we currently directly coach over 250 players per week in our programs in Meath, Dublin, Kildare and support our eight Partner Clubs in their player development programs.

“We will soon be announcing some exciting new initiatives happening with Shelbourne. Partnered with some of the world’s biggest clubs such as Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Ajax and Borussia Dortmund we bring our academy players across Europe to train twice a year.

Our strategy between 2019 and 2024 in EISports is really to ensure that Elite level soccer players have the best they need to perform to their maximum and really this is critical in womens soccer also.

“With this we are very proud to become kit sponsors of the Womens National League U17 side as well as join manager Dave Bell’s staff and look after all analysis for the Womens National League side.

“We now provide full game analysis and player GPS analysis for the WNL team and following the great semi-final win against Peamount United FC we look forward to preparing for the League Cup final in July.

“As we enter the business end of the season now after the break we hope to continue to see great attendance and support home and away, so we can help support Shels achieve success this season in both men and women competitions.
